Healing Stress is simple..just at the tip of your fingers

Today's world is simply full of such conversations and we keep hearing these regularly even from the mouths of the best of performers and in any  sphere of life. The world suddenly has become complicated to live in and people, young or the old, big or the small, every one is becoming a victim of "Stress" and "Pressure". Stress related diseases are soon becoming a fashion of their own, new names, new shapes and what not. The whole thing is becoming complicated and complex. And the cure, even more complicated and complex. What I am sharing in this rather short post is some simple means to cure any type of Stress or Pressure which will help in keeping your senses in their places and help in preventing the stress from becoming disease.


The two images provide acupressure touch points which can be activated by simply pressing them in the sequence mentioned in the first images. Each of the points need to be pressed 10 times each and in the sequence. Repeat the sequence on the other hand. The second image provides the method to relax the process and repeat the same with the other hand too.

Simple things at the tip of our fingers. Does not take more than 5 minutes of dedicated activity. Does not cost anything. Can be done in any relaxing place and position. The result is amazing and in minutes the man-eater is no more.

One can go further and attempt the same on the feet too. Of course you should use your fingers on the toe-fingers in the same sequence and positions.
